Four feedback forms, one place, and reviews on every collector’s page.

Trashbagging has four reader forms, each with its own queue: Report a Correction when a page here is wrong, Suggest an Edit when a company listing is incomplete, Suggest a City when your city or county has no edition yet, and Add a Service when a department or hauler is missing from the directory. To tell other residents how your collector does, review it on that collector’s page. None of these is a missed-pickup complaint.

Report a Correction

A page on this site says something wrong: a pickup day that no longer matches the official tool, an expired holiday notice written as current, an unsafe disposal instruction, or a provider assigned to the wrong place. Paste the Trashbagging URL and the official source that contradicts it.

This is not a missed-pickup complaint. If a truck skipped your cart, call the city or hauler — see missed pickup for the official route in each covered city.

Suggest an Edit

A company listing is incomplete or out of date: a dead phone number, a moved schedule lookup, a changed service area. Name the fields and link the source.

Suggest a City

We have no edition for your city or county yet. Name the place and link the municipal or hauler schedule page if you have it. A request does not reserve a page — we publish an edition when there is a working official lookup and the time to keep it honest.

Add a Service

A municipal department, public authority or private hauler is missing from the company directory.

Review your collector

Open your collector’s page in the company directory and use the review form there: rate it from 1 to 5 and say what happened. Reviews are checked before they appear on that page and count toward its Trashbagging rating.

What happens to a submission

Every form lands in Submissions with status new. You should see an on-page receipt; the platform does not send a confirmation email.

The official source is checked before any public page changes. A submitted edit is never applied automatically, and sending a form does not create a listing, assign a collector to a street, or give you an account here. A review is the one submission that can appear on the site as you wrote it, with the name you chose to display, once it passes the check.

Do not send household addresses, account numbers or bills. Your email stays in Submissions and is never copied onto a public page.
